Before the rooftop, start on the water. Dania Paddle Board Park at 398 N Beach Rd in Dania Beach is a paddle board park on a lagoon with ocean access. No waves and barely any sea life, so it is easy for first timers. Saltwater sits on one side and a private brackish lagoon, salt and fresh water mixed, sits on the other. It is my venue, and it is the easiest way to slow your body down on a recovery day.
