Agents Run the Software, I Close
The quick take on how I put AI agents on the busywork and kept people on the close.

I never wanted to get away from people. The calls, the meetings, and the walk-throughs were the best part. What wore me down was refereeing: the software measured finished tasks, the people measured hours, and every dispute turned into an argument about the clock.
So I picked growth. Admins and VAs still work with me, but agents now carry the routine load, and a lot of those assistants went on to build their own clients and brands. Losing them from my chair stung more than handing the inbox to software.
Proof before the phone call
By the time someone talks to me, they should already know who I am and what I do. That proof lives on platforms I don’t control, like Airbnb, Zillow, Eventbrite, Posh VIP, and Google Maps. Anyone can generate a fake company page. Nobody can fake a listing on a site the public already trusts.
That’s my working definition of AEO: SEO fights for the ranking, and AEO makes the answer true before the call starts.
Time is what got replaced
Agents didn’t replace anyone’s judgment. They replaced the waiting. A week of back-and-forth now happens while I’m still talking: the site gets updated, the last note gets recalled, and nobody burns out. The AI does the admin, and the admin becomes an operator.
The pipeline in four steps
Every lead source, from referrals and the website to social, word of mouth, and billboards, feeds one inbox.
- CaptureAll channels drop into a single inbox.
- TagThe agent reads each message, picks out keywords, labels the lead, and adds notes.
- QueueOnce the intent is clear, the lead moves to a person’s list.
- CloseA human finishes it: the house visit, the airport pickup, the haul-out, the charter.
Software sorts. People close.
The receipts
Leads have come straight from Facebook and Google listings because the campaigns earned real clicks. I also lost three Indeed listings after roughly 4,000 applications, when I couldn’t call everyone back.
The lesson: scarce offers keep conversion high. So I only push roles, partnerships, properties, and experiences you can’t find everywhere. No magic percentage, just a strict filter.
Who it’s for
Anyone who would rather have AI on their side than be afraid of it. Want help setting it up? Use the contact on the homepage. Want to watch? The events are already public. Want the experience? Come to Florida.

AEO vs SEO in one line?
SEO competes for a spot in the results. AEO makes sure the facts about you are already correct and consistent wherever people, or AI tools, look, so the conversation starts with the work.
Will AI agents take my staff’s jobs?
In this setup they take the waiting, not the people. Agents handle tagging, notes, and updates. People handle the visits, the charters, and anything that needs empathy.
Where does a lead go after the agent tags it?
Into a queue for a person. Once the intent is clear, a human answers by email, form, call, or text.
